This agreement is made between the undersigned Client ("Client") and Billy Connolly("Service Provider") for post-flooding water clean-up services. The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services:
   The Service Provider will perform water extraction and surface cleaning services limited to the removal of standing water and cleaning of the top surfaces of flooring materials. No services will be provided for the removal, treatment, or prevention of mold, mildew, or other microbial growth.

2. Exclusion of Mold Remediation:
   The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider’s scope of work does not include mold remediation, air quality testing, or the treatment of any sub-flooring, walls, insulation, or other structural components potentially affected by water damage. Mold can develop as a result of water exposure, and the Client agrees that it is their responsibility to seek the services of a qualified mold remediation specialist if required.

3. Client Responsibility:
   The Client is responsible for arranging any additional services needed beyond the agreed-upon scope, including but not limited to the drying of sub-flooring, treatment of mold, or restoration of affected materials.

4. No Warranty of Mold Prevention:
   The Service Provider does not guarantee or warrant the prevention of mold, mildew, or other potential health hazards arising from water exposure or subsequent conditions. The Client agrees that the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any issues related to mold or damage beyond the surface-level cleaning provided.

Acknowledgment and Release of Liability

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of the Water Clean-Up Waiver and Acknowledgment outlined above. You further agree to release and hold harmless Billy Connolly from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to any issues related to mold, mildew, or water damage beyond the scope of surface cleaning and water removal.
